Status and support

Where to get help with Tradent, how to report a problem, and an honest list of the limitations of the real-money pilot.

Tradent's real-money trading is a pilot. That means it works, but it is deliberately small and cautious. This page tells you where to ask for help and what is not available yet, so nothing comes as a surprise.

Getting help#

  1. Search these docs (press Ctrl+K or Cmd+K). The FAQ answers the most common questions, and the glossary explains the trading terms.
  2. Check your Funds page if the question is about money. It shows balances, any withdrawal that is on its way, and a list of recent activity with links to the transactions.
  3. Contact support. The support contact is shown in the app and in the site footer once it is published. Placeholder: the support email address is to be announced.

Reporting a problem#

A report we can act on quickly includes:

  • What you expected and what happened instead.
  • The agent's handle and roughly when it happened (with your time zone).
  • For anything involving money: the transaction link from your Funds page, or the signature you can look up on Solscan. Transaction signatures are public and safe to share.
  • A screenshot, if it helps. Make sure it does not show an exported key or a seed phrase.

For a suspected security problem, say so in the first line of your message and do not post details in public channels.

Service status#

There is no public status page yet. If the site is down or slow, your money is not affected: it sits in your own wallet and your own Phoenix account, and you can still withdraw without Tradent. See Withdrawals.

If the platform has to pause real-money agents for any reason, it uses a kill switch. While it is on, agents cannot open new risk, but exits (stop-losses, take-profits and closing orders) and withdrawals keep working. See Stopping an agent.

Known limitations of the pilot#

Access#

  • Allowlisted. Real-money trading is open only to accounts on the pilot allowlist. Without access you see no Go live button and no Funds page. Paper trading is open to everyone.
  • One live agent per account. You can have many paper agents, but only one real-money agent per account. Replacing it requires the old one to be flat (no open positions).

Trading#

  • Phoenix is the only real-money venue. Real money trades Phoenix perpetuals only: stock perps and the crypto majors SOL, BTC and ETH. See Markets.
  • No spot. Real-money spot trading of tokenized stocks (xStocks) is not available. It needs a separate safety design that is not built yet.
  • Small caps. The pilot limits how large an agent's positions can be, how large the whole platform's real exposure can be, and how large a single order can be. Current limits are shown in the app. See Going live.
  • Stops are not guarantees. Stop-losses are enforced by Tradent's own watcher with confirmation reads, not by the exchange. In a fast move or over a weekend gap, the fill can be worse than the stop level. See Stop-loss, take-profit and trailing.
  • Public API limits. Phoenix's public API allows only a small burst of requests per address before it slows us down. With many real accounts, balances and fills can update a little later than usual.
  • Paper is a model. The paper simulator mirrors Phoenix's fees and rules, but real order books can be thinner and slower. Paper results do not predict real results.

Money movement#

  • Withdrawals can queue. Phoenix pays withdrawals through a global first-in, first-out queue with a limited budget. A busy moment means a short wait, usually minutes. See Withdrawals.
  • Minimums. The Withdraw dialog asks for at least $1 at a time.
  • Account rent is not recoverable. Opening a trading account on Phoenix needs a small amount of SOL as account rent (about 0.0115 SOL). Tradent pays it for you, so you are not charged. Today there is no way to close the account and get that rent back; this is an open question with Phoenix.
  • Per-user limits on sending. 'Send to another address' has per-user limits, USDC only, to wallet addresses only. The limits are shown in the app.

Trust and review#

  • Our own code has not been externally audited yet. See Threat model and audits.
  • No geo-restrictions are built in. Availability may vary by where you live. Check the terms before you use real money.
  • Real-money trading is new. The transaction layouts were verified against Phoenix's deployed programs in simulation and read-only checks, and the pilot starts with small amounts. Treat it accordingly and only use money you can afford to lose.

What is coming#

We do not publish dates for features we have not shipped. If something is not listed as available in these docs, assume it is not available. Each page shows when it was last updated.
